Any parents dealing with Tourettes, Tics or Seizures!!

My 10 yr. old son began having the eye blinking and twitching about 6 weeks ago! His Doctor said it was allergies/dry eyes and all he needed was eye drops! Since then his twitching has gotten worse and it went into his neck and head!! This past week it has taken over his entire body!! His arms and legs "lock up" when these movements tend to happen! It is so scary to see my son go through this we have moved his bed into our room just so we can watch him because it even happens when he sleeps! Last night i took him to the hospital because it had gotten so bad! Of cousrse i need to wait for a referal for neurology but for the meantime they actually have him taking high blood pressure meds, to help him sleep at night since these episodes even happen as he sleeps! While at the hospital when he was having theses episodes he was drooling! So now they say could be Tics..Tourettes....Seizures or even a spinal problem because he is also getting bad pains under his feet!!! I am so going in circles because i dont know what i can do for my son! It hurts me so much to see his entire body jerking and the pain it causing his neck and feet!! What is wrong with my son?? PLEASE if anyone can help me!! He has never had any injury or illness that can promote this so its like a puzzle!!! PLEASE anybody share your story with me!

How is your son doing? I just saw your post as I am looking for information about motor tics. I see similar things happening to my 8 yo son and wanted to know if you have had any resolution.
