Head tics killing me

Hey there, My head is killing me, and my neck is cold with pain. My head tic had gone away for about 3 years, now it is back in full force. I have had TS since I was 9, and tics come and they go, this one came and stayed. I have been through many programs and trails, many meds, and councelors. What can I do to get rid of this horrible problem?
