My tics are becoming really violent?

Ok so I posted this in tourretes but I have pandas which is pretty much the same thing. Anyway they both cause tics. So my head tics are really violent now. I jerk as hard as I can and tense up my jaw. My throat and neck get really soar from the stress. I always get tension migraines. Also sometimes it's so intense that my vision goes blurry. I'm really worried about this...

what always helped me was, take a couple deep breaths and count to ten. kinda cliche i know, but focus on breathing and it will relax you. something else you can try, doing push ups or some kind of exercise that you can focus on. push ups are good cuz you can do them anywhere. i really hope this helps.
