my daughter shruggs her shoulder do to touretts.in alot of pain.How do we cope or get through her wanting to bash her head in.soo depressed

there is no easy answer. however, being active like playing basketball or even just riding my bike seemed to decrease the tics a little. when i finally came to terms with it is when i started finding ways to either hide my tics or somewhat control them all together.
