I don't no if its actually tourettes but I have a very close friend and iv always noticed he has twitches in his face like his eyebrows will go up an down very fast every so often or he pushes his lips up an really struggles 2 keep eye contact his mum said 2 me a while back in a conversation you do no my son has something wrong with him an I just agreed as I didn't want her explainin it as he was in the other room an I didn't want him hearing an feeling uncomfortable, but one time he did say 2 me he has a disorder an its not very common it has a different name but I didn't push him 2 tell me jus left it but I wonderd what it is :s he has a hard time concentrating and can't hold eye contact an always has tiks in his face an he never gets on 2 sarcasm or wen sum1s havin a joke I fort he was slow 4 a while but I'm not sure what could this be I no he's uncomfortable with it x
Well theres no way to tell you yes or no since almost any with tourettes experiences it differently. There are similarities but its a very individual thing. So without him telling you theres no real way to say.
