Looking for a Gender Therapist

I see this group has not had much traffic, so I hope there are some readers who can help. I'm looking for a good gender therapist somewhere along the Colorado Front Range (Pueblo to Fort Collins) who takes insurance. So far, everyone wants cash and even though I have a decent income, I can't afford to pay out of pocket right now (trying to dig out of a household debt crisis). Someone close to Colorado Springs would be best, but I'll drive if I have to.

Any thoughts?
