Eye disease

Two of my children have achromotopsia and degenerative rod disease. Are there any surgeries to correct this?
Avatar_dr_f_tn
Hi,
How are you? Both children with achromotopsia and degenrative rod disease needs to be evaluated directly by an eye specialist for proper management. Currently, achromatopsia,  a non-progressive and hereditary visual disorder  has no definite cure.  It is also recommended they should be checked for refractive errors to improve vision.Take care and do keep us posted.
