IOL transplant

My number has not improved at all after the IOL transplant 3 weeks ago. There is also a sensation of flashing light.. What could be the possible reasons for this and what corrective action can be taken now ?

Hi,
How are you? If there is no improvement after the IOL transplant, it is best that you inform your attending physician about this for proper management. There are many possible issues to address such as the success of the procedure, over- all health, symptoms present, diagnosis or medical history.  Further evaluation  and additional diagnostic tests may need to be done also.
