NEED HELP FROM LIVER EXPERT RE INTERPRETATION OF RECENT LIVER ULTRASOUND RESULTS

I just had an abdominal ultrasound which shows a heterogenous liver echotexture "suggesting fatty liver versus cirrhosis".  What does this mean?  That I do NOT have cirrhosis?  There is no indication that clinical correlation should be conducted, liver is normal in size, and liver blood tests are normal.  Please help me understand what this means to me as far as my health and possible risks to it.  Thank you.  (I guess I am getting the impression from this report that the even distribution of fat means it is likely NOT cirrhosis, but I want to be sure.  Thank you)

Yes, it sounds like you have fatty liver and not cirrhosis.
