Tacro level
My wife had a renal transplant in March 2009--nonrelated donor. Tacro level has been tested at frequent intervals and the results are as follows
May2011-9.0,  May 2012--10.6,  Sep 2012--11.7,  July2012--12.4,  Dec 2013--13.6
Her medication includes the following
Wysolene  5mg  0--1--0
Myfortic 360mg  2--0--1
Prograf   0.5mg  1--0--1
Can you please educate me as to whether this trend of taco level is ok or is there a need to alter the dosage or change any of these drugs.    Would be grateful for your advise immediately.

I can only speak for myself as a liver transplant patient. The level of tacro decreases the further out, from the date of transplant, one gets. Her prograf dosage is low, which is good.

I would definitely talk with her doctor and ask why she needs to continue to be on all of these meds.
