I just saw online where there is a bionic eye transplant. My son was born w/ cataracts on both eyes and thus, has had his lens removed from his eyes. He has 20/50 vision w/ correction on his right eye and 20/300 on his left eye. He wears contacts and this is the best correction w/ his left eye. Is there any new development for better vision for him? Also, he has nystigmus (not sure how to spell this) and glaucoma that is controlled w/ meds. He is 35 y.o.
Thank you, Mom
