My father (75) had heart surgery consisiting of a bypass, and 2 heart valves replaced. It was supposed to be routine but then when they opened him up they found severe scar tissues from a previous heart valve replacement and also fibrosis. He was hooked up to a heart and lung machine after his surgery but his heart failed. We are all in such shock but want answers. Has anyone had a relative or friend undergo the same situation?
