slow down ckd stage 3

I am 65 year  caucasian obese male with diabetes type II,cholesterol,hi blood pressure ,stone maker all pass thru urine past 20 years
gall bladder removed and lap banded to lose weight 12 years ago.
last week blood test
cretinine 187
eGFR  35
HbA1c 6.3
Urea 7.6

i dread dialysis or transplant !
Any ideas re alternative/'TCM' or stem cell to slow down or reverse my CKD 3 ?
