Red thread worms black thread worms

My 3 kids and I have pin worms , but I have hemroihds so tons of black fibers antd red fibers were everywhere and they sting I believe they are in my skin, now I have a lump over my heart it burns . I went to Er days ago and they said this could not be because these worms are only in Africa , these worms are in our ears as well . I'm so scared help me please

I told the Er about  the red thread worms and they said its not possible so we have no medicine yet
