Atypical TN. compressed neck muscle and pinched neck nerve!

by stella046, Aug 18, 2008 04:41AM
Hello to all,
I have since my school days eyes and face pains (my look has changed at the same time) and had no idea that I have ATN. Until my 25th year! I was in abroad and have got injection from one Neurologist between neck and shoulder blade. My pains were over for five years.
After that pains came back and I thought they are from sinusitis. They are not. I have ATN, 1.and 2. as also myalgia  levator scapula. That muscle is compressed as also Nerve suprascapular that is going over shoulder to the upper arm. All that I suffer now since more, than 26 years. The last 8 years are very bad as I have pressure from the top of the head and pressure from the neck muscle. All is going into eyes and face. I must say that my face is always cold.
Head MRI shows lesion on the bottom of the brain as also cerebral atrophy.
Neck MRI shows spondylarthrosis from C4-C7. There is some narrow space, could be cause for muscle levator scapula and pinched Nerve suprascapular.
Nobody and nothing more helps me.
I need advice, because in such a way I can't live anymore.
Thank you,
Bobbie

I was your member before and now I am not welcome.

"Very kind" from all of you. I wish you to have 19 years of searching the cause for pains and still don't find it.
I hope only it didn't come from somebody from Slovenia. In that case sorry for all I wrote here.

I doubt also that your doctors know about Atypical Trigeminla Neuralgia. In fact I didn't write to any doctor here, so I am quiet about that.

On the end: I am the first one that posted all three branches from TN. I wanted to help other members but obviously you don't like to help and you don't like me to help to other people.

Wish you all "very nice ATN". For ever!
