I have had tn for 20 years and had stroke 6 years ago.I have tried Gamma Knife treatment and acpuncture in the past with 4-6 month relief.I have had increase side effects from medications to controlControl Control rx the pain.Side effects that have effected my cardio/neur health.LOC,dizziness,Loss of coorination,blurredVision problems vision,inabilty to walk, feed self,increase pain and inability to controlControl Control rx movement of my arms and legs @x's.I have a ?aura prior to these episodes,feeling anxious ,lightheadness,I was dz. in 2007 with neurocardigenic syndrome after title-table test.Medications over the past 20 years are causing increase side-effects and I need a second opinon to help with the treatment of this illness. I am currently being followed by PMD and Neurolgist .I have H/o of High Blood PressurePressure ulcer,stroke ,and neur/card syn.I am 60 yrs old.Do you have any opinions that may help TN syn.

These exercises will help with tn gradually.Concentrate on the breathing, and keep eyes closed.Drink warm water.Come back to report progress.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume later.
Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the noseNose fracture about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the noseNose fracture) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for upto 15 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
Anulom Vilom - Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep breaths into the lungs.
Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
