Bleepding with neg test but still feel pregnant

I had a miscarrriage in May of this year, I was 16weeks.All pregnancy test came back neg until 3days before i miscarried.I got all my normal periods though this pregnancy, resulting in me not knowing.After I had a DNC my periods came back normal in June with a 29day cycle. However this month as im ttc i charted my ovulation dates and had sex.however on 11dpo started bleeding lighter than my normal period for 4days.Took a hpt but it came back negative.Anyone has any idea as to whats wrong?
