I was actually just researching clomid last night, and I read that those types of symptoms are very normal after you ovulate with clomid, so there is a chance you are pregnant, but also a possibility that it just the side effects of the medication... But don't get discouraged! Because everything I read about this stated that the more side effects you are having the better it is working! So even if you didn't get lucky this time, you have an amazing chance of conceiving very soon!!! The best of luck to you!

You can't really tell by symptoms but that's a pretty good symptom to have if you don't normally get that. And sometimes yes, symptoms can show up quite early.
I remember that was one of my first symptoms along with dizziness and I didn't even know I was pregnant yet.
Good luck! :)
