Cramping in both ovaries, CD 25

I have been noticing cramping in both of my ovaries, a couple nights ago it was mainly the right one, and now I can definitely feel both are cramping. I generally have 43 day cycles, (After CD 28 if I didn't ovulate, my OB prescribes me 10 days of Progesterone so I can get a period, otherwise, who knows if/when I would get my next period). Do you think it could be implantation cramping? What does that generally feel like?

when i ovulate i get cramps like AF is on the way it normally lasts about 3 days then disappears until AF is due.  I also get pink/brown discharged but have never been pregnant so not sure what implantation bleeding is like.  I wish you loads of luck and hope you get your BFP soon :)

Just went to the restroom and saw a spot of pink on underwear, but when I wiped, there was nothing?
