Evening Primrose Oil and PMS

Hi all, so I started taking EPO this month, did it until I O'd and then stopped. I saw a big change in my CM and everything seems to be as it should. My question is to anyone who takes it to help with CM did you see a change in your PMS as well? I know it should help PMS if you take it every day but since I only take it for the first two weeks I am not sure if it would have that effect on me. I am not nearly as cranky, I have not had any cramps yet, my BB's hurt but not as much usual, only one zit so far, is it the EPO? I am trying not to get my hopes up (AF should show on Tuesday) because I feel so different than normal. I would love to know how it effects other woman who take it, Thanks!

Found my answer so quick, Thanx.  Does anyone know of any other ways to increase CM?

It increases your fertile CM and reduces PMS. I got AF this morning so it does the later really well, I have no cramps, bloating, moodiness at all. You take it from CD 1 until you O only and drink lots of water. It really helped with the CM too.

I have never taken it but I'm going to keep it in mind. What are the effects supposed to be of EPO?
