Primrose ?

Well I tried to find grapefruit juice but no luck:( So I bought Primerose they had a sale at safeway buy 1 get 1 so is anyone activly taking it and seen a difference in Cervical mucus. I need some eggwhite mucus I dont get it:( Please let me know and is there any know defects of it??

I take EPO and Heather is correct, stop it after ovulation.  I take about 3,900mg a day up to the day I receive my 1st true positive OPK...the darkest line or my first peak day with my CBEFM, then I stop.  One thing I did notice was that it can cause headaches; however, after that first cycle on it and my body getting used to it, I stopped getting the headaches.  It does increase CM and it is true that you should drink plently of water with them because the water and the EPO work together to create lots of CM!  Good luck and SSBD!

I've heard to stay away from caffeine and drink lots of water to keep from getting dehydrated. I'm not sure how much it will help but maybe just enough.

I think you are supposed to only take it up to Ovulation and then stop. I haven't tried it before though. I have taken Robitussin before and it helps with mucus. I was sick too though so I had a reason other than getting EWCM for it.
