I take a prenatal vitamin plus folic acid. I started 81 mg of asprin which is supposed to help with healthy eggs and take B complex vitamins to make the eggs more fertile. Also the asprin helps make the lining more thick. The mucinex is a good idea too I am trying it this month in hopes of a BFP! Good Luck! And tons of BD!

Also if your DH wouldnt mind have him take a multi vitamin or zinc vitamin c folic acid and B12 vitamins they will help his swimmers!

I take the low dose aspirin, Fertilaid for women, extra folic acid, Evening premrose oil suppliments (cervical mucus), vitex (regulates cycles and helps the lining for implantation), plus I drink 1 or 2 cups of fertilitea (on fertilaide website) a day.

My DH thinks I take too much stuff; however, we have been trying for over a year with one miscarriage, so needless to say, I'm willing to try it all!!  Good luck and SSBD!

I heard some asian communities use edible roses for ttc. It seems to be very effective if you boil a rose and drink the tea both you & DH. I am actually looking to buy edible roses as i am afraid to eat any rose you get in the market.
Anyone has any idea where u can buy edible roses?

I take 2 prenatals - which is what a pregnant or nursing woman should take - but I want the higher folic acid.  I also take 200mcg of Selenium (which is thought to help prevent miscarriage), 1000 mg Vitamin C with Rose Hips (also thought to help prevent miscarriage), 81mg Baby Aspiring or same as a low dose aspirin, and 1000mg Fish Oil for the DHA, and also because some research suggests that too may help prevent miscarriage.

I just had my second miscarriage this year, so you can imagine, I'm super duper paranoid!  But, none of those vitamins will hurt in any way, and my midwife ok'd all of them for TTC and advocates them as well.

Another thing I did with DS #2 was took Mucinex.  My doctor at the time told me that with both of her babies she got pregnant because she was sick and taking Robitussin which had Guafenisen in it.  This thins out the mucus in your body (all of it, including CM, making it easier for DH's little guys to get up there).  Anyway, Mucinex comes in a pill form, which is great because I hate liquid medicine, and you can get it just plain with no cough medicine in it.  If you look at the label, it should only contain Guafenisen.  I took it for like 3 days before I ovulated, the day of, and like 2 days after.  The first month I tried it, I got my BFP.  So....worth a shot there.

Good luck and SSBD!

I take both of those along with a prenatals, prenatal omega 3's, vitamin c, flax seed. I also take cod liver oil because I was getting sick a lot.
