i think anything is possible-i had 2 tubes scarred shut n no period 4 yrs,tried 4 10 yrs with all kinds of help.3mths after i stopped trying i was pregnant.now,i have 3 kids-no matter what dont give up.:)
Hi honey im pretty sure you need to have periods to take clomid,it helps to regulate things and in some women who dont ovulate it helps them to ovulate.In my case its the eggs coz of my age,being older and all that.Whatever you do best of luck SSBD xx

You don't have to have a period, but it is recommended that you do....this ensures that the lining of the uterus is better capable of implantation & providing nutrients to a developing placenta...you getting a period after taking clomid is an indicator of anovulatory cycle like me...but I have to take both clomid & metformin in order to ovulate
