learned something that may be helpful

I'm not 100% sure if the little swimmies met the egg yet, almost 75% sure they did. I learned though from reading a RN nurses topic why women may be cramping this early (well I know the problem occurs later in the pregnancy) that your uterus is a muscle therefore you need to drink a lot of water to keep it hydrated. I learned that the hard way since I've been so sick. I didn't even want much to drink, but since I've been drinking more water the pain almost vanished. :) So I thought it might be helpful to others.

Two months well almost a year on and off but the latest was two months. And yes I've learned that about the water thing. I am now actually downing 3 or 4 bottles of water a day. I realize that it is so helpful.

Kudos to you for posting this!  My dad's a personal trainer/nutritionist and he keeps harping on water, drink lots of water, all the time, water water water.  I didn't start taking his advice until about 5 months ago when I was diagnosed with GERD, and honestly, the water has helped with so many aspects of my life it's almost ridiculous.  So now, I'm harping on water water water too...so, in other words, CONFIRMED lol
