need help please

so I had lap and hysterscopy done may the 10th right so I had my period may the 25 or maybe the 26th but im not having no signs of my period and im wondering have anyone else been though this cause is there a possibilty I can be pregnant Im in need of help ???? can anyone give me some peace here my mind is everywhere..
