I used clomid to get pregnant and the first month I was pregnant. It rarely happens but I did. It worked for us and I didnt have many symptoms from it. But there are some symptoms and there are also a chance of twins. But that to is rare. I would talk to your dr about any concerns or questions and if they are a great dr like i had you should leave there feeling great about any choice you make. My dr I had was amazing he answered each of my questions and gave me paper work on everything I asked about so when I got home I could read through it and get comfortable with things. And he made sure I didnt leave with any more doubts or stress then before I went in and before I left he asked if it makes sense and if I was good. It is nice to have a caring OBGYN on your side. Talk to them and get to know them. And trust in them if they are doing things right by you. Good luck

there are a range of natural suppliments that could help both you and your partner, maca comes to mind straight away and has shown to help women with pcos ovulate on their own and is also great for sperm etc, go to www.natural-fertility-info.com
