please help settle this debate

just started ttc in the past few months. having this discussion with my friend it came up that I have never used birth control medication ever , mostly due to religious stance. she says she has heard it is easier to get pregnant if you have never been on bc. I have tried to do some research since then but I can't find any evidence this is true. can anyone shed some light on this for me?

It doesn't really matter whether you've been on birth control before or not. I have a friend that came off birth control and her first night of unprotected sex had become pregnant. She was on the pill for many years.
It all depends on your bodies, fertility and timing.
