i dont know what is wrong with me and need help. i suffered for a couple of days feeling stiff neck and weird irritable feeling in my neck head. now more lightheaded.

yesterday i had very sore neck pain in near my right side neck near the back of the ear and neck areas. the pain feels like pulsing beating pain near my neck ear right side area. the whole day yesterday i told my mother if she could massage it but still pain.  i feel a lot of bumps near my neck area etc.
about two weeks ago i had felt sick also with like neck weirdness and left ear full clogged feeling its weird scary. my doc prescribed me meds like antibiotic but no help but went away. i also went to a blood test for thyroid my doc says its kinda okay waiting on the call. i also go to the doc complain about my irritability lightheaddness and sore pain neck he still says me to take ibeproufin medication. i take it but still no help. untill now.
i awoke today with weird pain and pain throughout the day worsed.
i had to manage to go to work and feel the pain all day. my left neck area also like a pulsing heart pumping feeling and pain like inside my head area.  it *****. my head feels like its pressure also my neck. it irritable.
my head feels very lightheaded and i feel like my head top right area is beating pressure in my head.
if i keep very still try to keep still i feel like my whole head is beating and vision is moving to the beating ness. i feel like my head is strangled or something my neck pain stiffed out irritability. last night just to go to sleep i feel like im floating and weird irritable. it *****.

there is a nerve that runs along ur hair line at the base of ur skull called the opsyptical nerve..prolly not spelled right but it is a rather large one. it is wrapped with little nerves that go to ur spine and kinda from ear to ear..this nerve can cause all kinds of weird stuff to happen to ur head. i had a brain tumor removed in 2ooo and had no probs with this nerve untill last year. i didnt injure it or nothing it just got inflamed..sorta..kinda hard to describe.but anyway pain treatment drs can inject medicen in it and deaden it for a short time. i get it done onece a month.nothing to it..now this may have nothing to do with ur probs..but u can massage it. u no those low budget movies were a guy will whack the other bad guy in the back of the head and knock him cold?  well this nerve is what he is hitting to do tht..also moist or wet heat will make a huge difference in that area of ur body..not just a heating pad but wet a towell with hot water as hot as u can stand and wrap up with it.. now the pressure in ur head sounds like blood pressure to me.may wanna have that checked also..good luck hope u get relief

You might try getting massages on your neck and upper back to see if it helps loosen up the muscles. It sounds like it is all tied up in knots.  Sme muscle relaxants from a doctor might also help.
