Inside of penis hurts/burns

Hi everyone... I am 25 years old.. Just  these past few days ive noticed that when i pee it burns/hurts. I cant really come up with exactly the feeling i get, because its a constant feeling even when i DON'T pee, so i dont think its a UTI, although i am not a doctor.. My left testicle looks all wormy and has a dull ache, ive had that for 3 or 4 months now but nothing i couldnt handle, seems to me like a Varicocele... But like i said now i have noticed inside the head of my penis burns around the urethra. I' ve been with my wife for 9 years and have 2 kids, i highly doubt its an STD. I read it could be prostate issues but i am 25  its likely not that.. I have masterbated alot in the past few weeks and i have had about 4-5 baths inside of showers. I personally think its from masterbating or showers. My wife thinks i might have got some soap in my urethra, (my kids do bathe everynight) maybe some soap residue got inside my penis??  Are there any guys out there with this problem? what can i do about?

Thanks for your comments . Like i said i didnt really get these symptoms untill the other day and lately i have been masterbating more often(my wife hasnt felt up to having sex) which is ok with me but sometimes i think i get a little carried away, i am 25 so my sex drive is very active and cant always wait around for my wife, i guess i am just a typical male lol

Excessive masturbation can certainly cause your symptoms. My son had the same problem. Take a rest and use a good lubricant such as Astroglide. It works really well and rinses right off with water. Wash your hands good with an anti-bacterial soap before masturbation to prevent bacteria from being introduced into your urethra. Soaps can cause irritation sometimes. Just rinse off the area with clean water after you take a tub bath. Apply some antibacterial ointment, not cream, with pain relief until it clears up. Also, apply right before urination to keep the burning to a minimum.  If you haven't had your testicle checked by a Physician yet you may want to consider doing that. The tubes can get twisted inside and cause serious problems.  I wouldn't delay to long.
