13 years old with bad aches and pains

Hi, I am a 13 year old female with really bad aches and pains in my arms, legs, and sometimes my neck. Sometimes it feels like someone keeps jabbing me with a bunch of tiny little nettles. These aches and pains can make it so I have a hard time walking and sometimes even lifting a small object. My mom tells me it's just growing pains and the doctors want to do some testing. I don't want to have tests done and I don't think they are growing pains. These pains can get so bad where I can't talk or move, this has only happened twice but I want it to never happen again and I hope it doesn't. I really need answers and I just want these pains to go away. i just want some answers! So could someone please help me?!

My daughter had bad growing pains. Sometimes a hot bath with Epsom salts can ease the pain. Even a heating pad can help.

I know it's not fun to do tests, but the doctor can order bloodwork to make sure all your vitamins and minerals are at a good level.
Sometimes people are tired and have pain if vitamins are low. But they feel that way all the time.

You said these pains have only happened twice. It sounds more like growing pains. Your body is doing what it's supposed to do.

I'm sorry it's painful. I remember having growing pains.
