22 yrs old and sick lethargic depressed help please

i have been throwing up and been dizzy haven't had my period in 3 yrs i am only awake 3 hrs out of the day because i can't stay awake i have hot flashes then cold chills where i can't stop shakeing and skin sensitivity where any contact w my skin hurts and migraines i'm 250 lbs 5'9" does anyone know what could be wrong with me? diabetes runs in my family so does thyroid probs and i have had a dr tell me that i had hypothyroidism or something like that i don't know if that's causing these problems or not
