3 months doc still confused

Overview: Sudden onset of symptoms in late October included fatigue, attention issues, dizziness, headaches, left side tingling and weakness, balance/walking issues. During testing found UTI and kidney stones (noticed constant urge to urinate). Referred to neurologist.

Mid November both legs involved; hospitalization occurred at this point. MRI of brain and spine, and LP all normal. Late November on tingling in both legs/hands periodically. Headaches come and go. Pain/aching is more at night than morning.

For 1 month feel fine.

Dec. 30th tingling intensifies greatly, and pain starts to return to legs, weakness, cramping, and aching. Hard time concentrating, finding words, cranky, fatigued. More blood tests run (Thyroid, Lupus, Arthritis, Vit B/D/E). Vitamin D deficient, all others normal. Referred to endocrinologist. Put on 50,000 iu for 10 weeks for Vit D. But it is ruled not the cause of issues. For a week symptoms seem to go away, but come back. Pain & stiffness in legs, headache, fatigue ramp up in mid Jan.

January: Pain in right leg (knee down), headaches, tingling, fatigue, crabbiness almost cyclical over course of a week. Vit D retest as low, calcium normal, PTH only slightly elevated, metabolic panel normal. Blood work for lyme, ALS, lead poisoining etc all normal.

So now my doctors are all stumped. They are attempting a course of steroids just to see what happens. After that they aren't sure where to go. A stab in the dark-- but any ideas???

My legs/and sometimes arms would tingle if my body was "out of whack".  I walked crooked had headaches always tired cause i had problems sleeping, continuous constipation....  I opted to go to a chiropractor (just to see what would happen).  I have never felt better than after my first adjustment.  I walked straight, no pain and had no constipation - I slept awesome that night.  I continue to go when I feel pain in my body.  You could have a pinched nerve(s) that is affecting your body - I had a pinched nerve that affected my entire digestive system and my hips were tilted - which affected my knees, legs and walking.  However do not disregard HeartBeatFast's comment.  Explore all options.

Has any of our doctor's suggested a CT scan or anything of the sort? Did anyone ever mention fibromyalgia?

Good luck and hope you get to the bottom of it.
