3 weird bumps on my finger! help!

I noticed 3 bumps on my right ring finger, they were only itchy in the morning both days i have had them. They don't hurt or burn in anyway. They are raised bumps 2 are right next to each other and the third one is a tiny bit apart from the other 2. They have a tan or flesh colored center. I just started Nuva ring and flagyl for a bv infection. But never had a reaction to flagyl before. Could it be a reaction from the Nuva ring? Or could it be an std? or bed bugs? I am freaking out! someone please help!
