A Year on and still no Answer...

Right, where to start. About 12 months ago while at work I started to notice that my vision was getting slightly blurry. Maybe blurry isn't the best word. I could see everything crystal clear but it was like a visual snow. Like if I looked at a carpet / pattern it would seem to be like looking at static.. I put this down to being in front of a PC all day and said it would pass. I gradually started to get severe anxiety symptoms over the course of about 3/4 weeks. I managed to sort this out started a new job and relaxed again however the vision problems still persisted, this time with black stringy like eye floaters which are made worse in the daylight. I wake up every morning to this day with red eyes and sticky eyes. Its like my eyes are severely dry.

Along with the eye problems I started to feel off balance especially when on the tram / train etc I feel like I always have to hold on now or i might fall over. This feeling is accompanied by a dull headache and a foggy type feeling. All day I have a dull headache that makes me very tired and drained me in general. When I start getting the unbalanced feeling I got worried and my doctor sent me for an MRI (About 8 months ago) The MRI at first was of the brain which came back all clear. I then was send for a full back MRI to check Spine etc and this was all clear. (I thought maybe I could have some sort of Nerve Compression)

Along with the sore eyes, unbalanced feeling, dull headache, floaters I also randomly get pain in my upper legs. This comes and goes. I may have it for a few days then it may not appear for a month or two. Along with this I have also noticed I have a small tremor in my hands. Like if I have my hand on a computer mouse and raise my index finger it may twitch, sometimes a lot worse than others however I don't have a lack of control or power.
Sometimes my upper back and neck is extremely sore to the point I lie down on a hard surface for a few minutes. Finally, I used to be fairly active in the gym but recently even doing Pilates or sit-ups I can feel an internal type tremor and sometimes you can see me shaking fairly bad when I try to hold a sit-up. This never happened me before. I know this sounds like a mad range of symptoms but its how I have felt the past 12 months. It doesn't seem to be getting worse as such but i would love to know what it is. I have seen a neurologist who reckons I have migraines (I totally disagree). I have had a range of blood-work done plus MRI's. No B12 deficiency or MRI issues etc. I was thinking it could be Lyme disease but I don't remember been bitten or anything. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!
