You clearly have had a comprehensive workup including multiple neurological consultations.   It is unlikely that I can add anything new over the internet, especially without examining you.

Safe to say, if you have seen that many neurologists, the chance of a neurologic disease becomes less likely.  I'm sure this has already been performed or considered, but an MRI of the brain should be done if not already.

Looking outside the neurologic system, you can consider metabolic disease like thyroid disease, which can cause some of the symptoms you describe.  B12 deficiency can also cause balance issues as well.

A Holter monitor or cardiac event monitor can evaluate for heart rhythm disturbances.  And if the tests all return negative, then you can focus on psychiatric conditions, like anxiety.

Regarding Lyme, the blood test should exclude the disease.  If there is still question regarding this, repeating the test can be considered.

These options should be discussed with your personal physician.
