Abdominal pain

OK so this has been going on for a couple of months, I keep getting pain in my lower left abdomen. This has been accompanied by blood when wiping although only about 60% of the time and a jelly like substance which I'm lead to believe is mucus, could be wrong. I've had a blood test, stool test, urine test, an Mri and 2 prostate exams... All of these have come back clear. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I have May-Thurner Syndrome Without blood clots or DVT's and this condition will cause all of the problems you're having. It's a common but rarely diagnosed condition that doctors almost always will miss probably because it's a vein problem and they aren't familiar with them. It's caused me problems for the last 25 years. My left iliac vein was being crushed between my spine and artery. This could be the lower left abdominal pain. Blood then goes back down into your external and internal iliac veins causing pelvic congestion and rectal bleeding. Another vein compression condition that frequently happens with it is Nutcracker Syndrome. I've had every test done that you've had and they all came back negative. Finally an Interventional Radiologist discovered my condition recently and had a stent placed. This May not be causing your problems but if you've had all other tests done I would recommend getting checked for these 2 conditions. Hope this helps and feel free to private message me if you have any questions. Good Luck!
