Abnormal blood work result

My blood work continue showing low WBC
12/12/2007 -- 3.0
04/24/2008 -- 5.2(in the range)
02/13/2009 -- 3.4
08/03/2009 -- 4.1
My MONO% and GRAN% go up and down
MONO%
12/12/2007 -- 8 (in the range)
04/24/2008 -- 20.2 (very high)
02/13/2009 -- 6.5 (in the range)
08/03/2009 -- 22.4 (very high)
GRAN%
12/12/2007 -- 49 (in the range)
04/24/2008 -- 16 (very low)
02/13/2009 -- 44.2 (in the range)
08/03/2009 -- 32.7 (low)
The cholesterol keeps on rising as well even though I follow a low fat diet all the time.
I have gastritis and Hiatal Hernia, and developing spinal stenosis and HPV
As far as I am concerned the results of the blood work is showing the ongoing infection. But what kind?
