After effects of dehydration

2 days ago i was at work and almost passed out for some unknown reason. I normally drink alot of caffeine and not much water. I went to the hospital and got a saline IV treatment. My dizziness went away. Ever since then afterwards ive been feeling kind of foggy in the head, not dizzy, just out of it type feeling and im also extremely tired no matter how much sleep i get. I also get some minor chest pain when i lie down. They checked my heart at the hospital and said everything was normal other than i skipped a beat which they said was normal for an 18 year old. Should i be worried about my current symptoms above? Im a very big worrier and just cannot find peice of mind in this. I am drinking lots of water and getting plenty of rest but i still feel tired and "out of it". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dehydration takes its toll. And it is taking its toll on you. But, after going through your trauma and going to the hospital, you need to check in with your own doctor. Your doctor will monitor you for the next while. I don't think its time to start worrying.
