All body shacking after horse riding lessons

Hello,
I am 25 years old and I recently started to do some horse riding lessons, but know that I am having more difficult exercises and force myself a bit more I have a lot of spasms and shacking legs and arms. I know this is normal after pushing my body etc... The thing that worries me is that the 2 last times the shaking did not stop all day long.
Do you know what should I do or what kind of Dr should I see?
Thank you

Riding for the first time is painful, its your muscles that are not used to it, taking an inflamatory like Ibirufen may help ,if you are still hurting yes go get checked out,

Horse riding can be pretty hard on the body if your not use to it. Make sure your not getting dehydrated and you could try eating a banana before you go. That may help with muscle cramps and spasms. If your riding for a long time, stop and stretch awhile and snack on something.
