Always Chilled

I had double knee surgery recently that went extremely well,  but now I seem to be chilled most of the time, which is uncharacteristic of me. What could be causing that?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
There are three things you must check for immediately—infection, hypothyroidism and stress diabetes. Surgery can precipitate all three and these can cause you to feel chilled. Other possibilities could be adrenal gland problems, anemia, hypoglycemia, liver diseases, low Vit B12, and vasovagal attacks.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

How recent?  If it was within the last month, that could be just because you're recovering.  Your body is focusing on repairing the "hurt area".  I would also consult your doctor just to be sure, sometimes, having chills could be sign of an infection.  The doctor would be the best bet.
