Always nausiated after eating

For the past month I've noticed that every time I eat, ANYTHING I feel sick.  For a week I was diagnosed with a run of the mill bug, and after a week on an anti biotic I was fine...but still this nauseous feeling has continued to the point I'm not even able to drink without feeling sick.
Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

Hello,

Without examination ,confirming a diagnosis is tough but it sounds like dyspepsia(GERD(gastroesophageal reflux) or peptic ulcers). It is usually after eating a heavy fatty meal and sedantry lifestyle. It can also be caused by drinking too much alcohol, prolonged use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin or ibuprofen, or infection with bacteria such as Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori).

Eat small nutritious meals at frequent intervals instead of a heavy single meal. Exercise frequently and take your dinner atleast 2 hrs prior to bedtime. Also raise the head end of the bed by 2 blocks. To help control the stomach acid, one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them, or eat chocolate or spicy or greasy foods .

For now, pls take some antacid like Maalox and Mylanta or OTC medications like zantac or prilosec. If the symptoms worsen then it may be due to H.Pylori infection or gall bladder disease. You need antibiotics in that case(H.pylori infection) and evaluation of gall bladder by an ultrasound abdomen.Pls consult a physician in that case.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep us posted if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.

Oh, by the way, I should also mention I have chronic migranes that can last for days even with migrane meds such as maxalt (melt on the tongue tabs).
