Am I ok?

Recently experienced bright bubble lights floating all around when bent down to put something in trash. Every where I looked could see these bubbles of light all around. Also something recently happened to me in a seminar this week where started to feel lightheaded like possible blacking out and felt nauseous. Discounted feeling due to working out and not eating. Last month had annual blood work and everything was good however showed slightly elevated cholesterol but doctor said not problem if watch what I eat. Should these two episodes be a concern?

You should at least get it checked out. A lot of minor problems can cause lightheadedness, seeing spots, dizziness and nausea. Low iron comes to mind as well as low blood sugar. some problems can be major though and this is a warning sign in either case. Just make an appointment with your Dr. to be on the safe side. a few $ is worth the peace of mind.
