As I always say every doctor always writes everything off as anixety, including myself for constant headaches. I know it isnt anixiety just like i am sure you do. But cant do anything to I hit that one doctor who seems to know what they are talking about... anyway, Were you tested for allergies. Allergies can cause that, also i read somene who posted who said makeup was making her feel dizzy and she switched to hypallergenic and her head got better. Did you ever have CT scans or MRI to see if anything is going on.
There are two possibilities that I see you might not have explored: Ears and neck.
Have you had your ears checked well. Not just someone looking into them with an otoscope...
Is it possible that you suffered a neck or head injury...even slight? Car accident, sports related injury?
It just might be possible that your balance is slightly being affected, making for a lightheaded feeling.
Best of luck...oh, one more thing...did they mention an autonomic problem, like pre-syncope where you are not getting enough pressure pumped through your veins?
How is your eating?
Did they check you for Anemia?
It is possible to be related to anxiety. Are you stressed about anything lately?
