Angiomyolipoma

I was just diagnosed with Angiomyolipoma. Does any one know anything about this? I never heard of this before. Should I worry?

This is a benign tumor made of fat and muscle tissue.  Have it removed and don't worry about it.  They are not cancerous.

This is a tumor on your kidney that is composed of fat, blood vessels and smooth muscle. It is non-cancerous, and usually harmless.
