Ankle pain

I was a level 10gymnast and had a stupid accident. I was diagnosed with a third degree high ankle sprain 3 years ago. So far I have had 5 ankle surgeries on my left ankle and am only a junior in high school. I have had countless injections, medicines, patches, and machines. Now my issue is a severe swollen posterior tibial nerve hitting my bone and not having any blood flow to my ankle causing the broken malleolus that they broke in my third surgery to fix the talar dome lesion not to heal. Can any one relate and give me advise to live a healthy normal teenage life. This injury has taken everything from me but my grades and faith.

Hello!

Please don't take any advice on any website without consulting a physician. If I were to make a guess, I would think Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome. I could go into detail about it (I am a Orthopedic Surgical First Assistant), but you can Google it to get a explanation (it's very common and easy to understand). You would probably get better reponses in the Orthopedic Community. Best Wishes!  JD1963

Have Mom or Dad get you some EDTA in ointment or cream form and apply it where you have the blood flow blockage.
Add a cup of Epsom salts to your tub bath and soak for a while.  they contain Magnesium which is very healing to bones and muscles.
The EDTA is a chelating element which will ream out the arteries and veins thus increasing blood flow.

Wishing you the best.  Let me know how you fare
