Any advice from anyone is appreciated (possible neurological issue).

When I was 13 I had a Grande mal (probably not spelled right) siezure. During testing they found a web in my brain but said it wouldn't affect me and the seizure was a freak thing. Over the past 4 years since I lost consciousness a few times and the neurologist said I was just fainting and nothing is wrong, my last spell was a year ago. I was fine with that until now (this next part is too much information so don't read on if you are sensitive to "woman issues"). I went into the bathroom to change my tampon and found two inside of me, I don't remember putting two in (who would even do that?!?) and I found a pad in my purse with no idea where it came from. I also have a history of seeing very vivid images of people that weren't there while I was wide awake and pregnant. Any ideas what I should do and/or what's going on? I'm 11 weeks postpartum if that means anything. Any opinions are helpful, honestly I'm very freaked out and scared!

The last time I consulted a neurologist about my issues with losing consciousness he found it amusing that I was concerned, so I'm hoping to avoid another situation like that again.

Have you reconsulted your Neurologist or consulted any physician yet?  If not, you need to do that immediately.  And if the situation requires urgent care then you should be seeking help in the ER.
