Any help

I've been experiencing some troubling symptoms for a few months now
have had CT, 3 MRI, ENG, ECOG, ABR and some other dizzy tests cant remember the name exactly but too all of which are abnormal. something abutting the atruim of the right lateral ventricle (shows on the MRI

THE ENT says not to take the Dramamine or mecelzine for the vertigo very bad and can prolong the symptoms even though it makes you feel better. HE defiantly has ruled out any middle or inner ear things, not vertigo caused from fluid in their nor is it anything to do with it at all based on all the abnormal tests MRI, etc he had me start vestibular PT which seems to be making me worse after 3 sessions!! So ill dizzy been in bed for 2 days. My HDTV makes me dizzy cant watch it at night. ENT says theres something neurological causing my symptoms.
Also forgetfulness, cant remember things, short term memory, forgetting appointments and other important things that I normally wouldn't and yes they're written down on my calenders and other places and still slips my mind and cant remember them or days!!!
Also ordered neuropyshc tests to see how my brain is processing info all before going to a neurologist!
on a wait list to see a neurologist.

All very scary! Only 4yo do have an extensive medical history including but not limited to CD, 3 types arthritis, RA, fibro included just to mention a few. Suffered from migraines for years. / TIA 4 years ago when then found thing thing in my head on flair images.
Still haven't seen a neurologist in so many years not since my migraines started in my late teens. PCP is waiting for remainder of tests to be done first???
Boston hospitals at our finest! Live at Cape Cod, took me 5 1/2 hours to drive home after the last test I suddenly was so dizzy, couldn't see straight hard to explain blurry fuzzy, graish? I don't know but had to stop on side of highway very exit for a few minutes to get home which usually takes about a hour or so!!
so if anyone has any info to shed please enlighten us!
Horrible and can NOT be AGE thing!!

Hi
There are two main possibilities for blackouts that you must consider. One is TIA OR transient ischemic attack wherein the blood supply to brain is temporarily cut off. The episodes last for a maximum of 24 hours and then resolve or a new symptom starts. The second possibility is seizures. Ofcourse it could be something as simple as anemia or low sugar or disturbed sleep pattern or just stress.
I cannot recommend anyone in Boston as I do not belong to that area—you can look up in directories, ask around.
Hope this helps. Do let me know if there is any thing else and keep me posted. Take care!

can you recommend someone in the Boston area that's good

my MRI look relatively  normal is what my PCP tells me but it's been several months
but possibly viral labrynthitis but seriously I don't feel right and think I need a neurologist too. I've continued to him for quite sometime but still haven't got into a neurologist
despite normal MRI I still get these episodes that are very worrisome.
Some which are like deja vu or blackouts
my son has BRE so I've learned a little through his experiences which I don't like. He has some dysplasia in the central lobe that is causing some atypical episodes that don't go along with his data

Thanks again

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
You need to consult a neurologist for this. Talk to your PCP about it. Whatever is pressing the arium of the lateral ventricle needs to be taken care of. Also since you have this spell of dizziness, please do not drive. It can be dangerous.
Hope this helps. Do let me know if there is any thing else and keep me posted. Take care!
