Any suggestions on how mastoiditis can be diagnosed?

I have had mastoiditis for years. Bacteria from the bone has nearly destroyed my sinuses. I've had sinusitis (severe) for years. It doesn't matter. I am in agonizing pain from the bacterial infected bone and the horrific vertigo/dizziness/lightheadness. I have been treated by over 15 doctors. They refuse to believe I have mastoiditis. I have had surgery on my sinuses. Within six weeks of each surgery, my sinuses are severely infected again. The doctors still insist my mastoid bone isn't causing the constant bacterial sinusitis, drainage, swollen lymph nodes, and constant drainage from my ear and my nostril. Help please!
