It sounds like you should go back ... by ambulance.

Not everybody has all the possible symptoms, but my mom's heart attack was classic with pain up into neck, down arm, crushing chest pain, sweating, nausea and vomiting.  Did they check your troponin and do an echocardiogram?  You might need a cardiac cath also.

I have had your symptoms for many, many years and recently a few years ago they became severe. Doctors could not tell me what was going on. It wasn't until I looked into lyme disease. My lyme doctor told me that fibromyalgia, fatigue, swollen glands, headaches, stomach pain or issues are mainly caused by a bacteria called bartonella. It is difficult to get an accurate positive blood test for it. I was diagnosed with lyme disease along with a bartonella infection. I have been in treatment for these infections for many months and feel so much better. Not all infections can be found in blood work. I had to go to a doctor that looks outside the box and I feel so much better. I had bad tachycardia for years, sometimes causing me to faint. With this treatment of certain antibiotics it has almost completely gone away. I had a stress test done and they saw the irregular beat of my heart and said that everything was fine. I was far from fine. If you do decide to go to the hospital again I would ask to have a lyme test performed. Realize if your testing comes up negative or equivocal this does not mean you don't have lyme. I had three equivocal CDC tests and my fourth came back positive. Keep in mind also that if you come back positive they will only treat your condition for 1 month and say you are healed. They  will not treat for any secondary infections like bartonella or babesia. I have had terrible digestive issues for years and all their medications did nothing. Lyme and its co-infections can paralyze or disrupt the digestion process. This may feel like acid reflux, abdominal pain, chest pain, blaating, gassy, diarrhea or constipation. When I have abdominal pain I also usually suffer with shoulder pain and headaches. It is part of the disease. I hope you look into this. You need to get the bacteria count down to feel better. If you need any help on where to get tested for lyme or co-infections you can message me. Also go to the lyme disease site on med help. People there can help you also.
