Anyone frequently get sick?

Without getting into my feelings of being unwell (have for over a year now) and all the symptoms, I am just wondering if anyone here frequently gets sick?

In the past, I rarely got sick. Maybe once in 3-4 years.
Since Christmas, I have had the flu (vomit & temp), a few weeks later: u.t./kidney infection and now a head/chest cold (I do have sinus issues and respiratory<--though unknown).

I have had CBC tests, which were reported as fine (save for when I've been sick)and TSH test of 2.1

I've been on 6 different antibiotics since Jan. 06.
Ery, Clindamican, Amox, Tetracycline, Z-Pack and Cipro. To no suprise, experienced a few bouts of oral thrush and took liquid nystatin for that.

I did take them as prescribed (no missed doses and finished them).

I'm currently on BP pills to regulate menses/hormones and 35 years of age.

While on antibiotics, I was taking probiotics. Just started taking them again.

You may want to consider seeing a Naturopathic Physician. The ones I've seen have always known a great deal about the immune system and have always taught me ways to get rid of infections without using antibiotics.

Just a guess, but it may be all of those antibiotics you've taken that may be making you more susceptible to illness. You might want to consider taking Probiotics to restore the microflora balance in your digestive system (remember 70% of immune cells are in your gut) and to help your immune system.

If it just trickled in, I wouldn't be so taken by it. Fact is, my symptoms initially trickled in and then, seemingly over-night...the "faucet" was open up full force. I haven't been right since and now, getting nailed with one right after the other.

It's terrible to see yourself go from healthy & happy...to sick. Naturally, it takes it's toll on the emotion.
I have neither A.I.D.s or H.I.V.

It seems some people are more prone to sickness...I used to be one person who wasn't.
I gather, you were the same i.e. not often that you found yourself sick?
